Hello. I am having some trouble using the facebook app on the iPad. Whenever I click on status or the write a post button on someone's wall, VoiceOver makes the noise like it is about to open the textfield, but then it just jumps me back up to the top of screen. It doesn't open the status or post popup. Anyone have some thoughts for this? Thanks.

I too had this problem until a friend helped me work around it.
What you need to do is double tap then hold the button for a few seconds.
When you release it it should then let ypu post.
Not wure why it has to be done this way, but there it is.

Thank you silly_singer. Do you know if there is a way to work around this using the braille display also?
Aside from tapping the screen as I mentioned above, then returning to your display? Unfortunatly I don't know.
If you figure that out, or if it can be done with a BlueTooth keyboar,d please? let me know?
Sometimes when I had the iPad doced I'm too lazy to get up and touch the screen just to update facebook. lol
